Whole Body Vibration (WBV) Technology originated in Russia almost 50 years ago. At the time, Russian scientists were experimenting with the technology to find out the beneficial effects of high frequency vibration on the human body.
The technology was eventually used to rehabilitate the cosmonauts’ muscle and bone density loss caused by the zero gravity atmosphere of space. Soon thereafter, WBV technology was utilized by the Israelis, Koreans, and Germans to train olympians. As the technology became available to consumers, professional athletes, celebrities, high-end gyms, and rehabilitation centers began to purchase WBV machines. Now after almost a half a century of development, WBV technology is affordable to the public. |

Supplement or compliment muscular workouts in a short
period of time. |
| • |

combined with a proper diet. |
| • |
Train professional athletes for warm up and warm
down exercises. |
